No. In this model, employers or individuals pay the doctor directly. We typically set up bank transfers or can accept credit cards for a fee. We also are able to accept HSA cards, check with your provider to ensure it is covered.
Things like vaccines, labs, imaging or IUDs and Nexplanons may be run through your insurance if that gets you the best pricing.

Yes.
DPC can replace all primary care visits, most urgent care visits, and many specialist visits.
It cannot replace emergency care, hospital care, obstetric care, surgery, imaging and procedures
