What is included in my membership?
Adult Primary Care and Prevention
Comprehensive wellness examinations and prevention planning, recommended cancer screenings and routine annual blood work is included in your membership. Chronic disease management and mental health asssessment and treatment.
Women’s Health: including breast and cervical cancer screenings, contraception, peri-menopause and menopause support
Men’s Health: prostate health, testosterone assessment and support, cardiovascular risk assessments
Pediatrics Primary Care and Prevention
As a family doctor, I delivered babies for 10 years and provided in hospital and outpatient care for them as they grew.
Your membership covers all routine health visits and screenings, growth and development assessment, parenting coaching, preventive health coaching, and mental health and mood assessments as you age.
We offer sports physicals and readiness assessments.
We are working to be able to do in office routine child vaccines.
Same Day and Sick Care
Timely access to your provider for things that pop up:
coughs, colds, rashes, stomach illnesses, minor injuries, UTIs, headaches, migraines, or when things aren’t quite right.
In office testing is included in your membership, like Strep test, COVID, Flu, Urinalysis, and pregnancy testing.
In Office Procedures
The following procedures are included in your membership and will be performed on site:
Pap smears (pathology fees may apply)
Skin biopsies and skin excisions (pathology fees may apply)
IUD insertion and removal (your insurance may be used to purchase the device)
Nexplanon insertion and removal (your insurance may be used to purchase the device)
Ear lavage
Nail trimming
Cryotherapy
Suture & suture removal
Incision and Drainage of abscess
Joint injections
Lab Draws: We will draw blood work in our office and do not charge a fee for this. To cover the cost of the tests, we can either bill your insurance or offer wholesale pricing of labs which is often cheaper than using insurance.
Osteopathic Treatment
Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT) is a hands-on approach we use to support how your body moves and feels. Using gentle, targeted techniques, OMT can help ease tension, improve mobility, and support your body’s natural ability to function at its best.
OMT can be helpful for a wide range of concerns—from back and neck discomfort to headaches, pregnancy-related changes, or simply feeling out of balance.
Your membership includes two OMT sessions per year, with additional visits available for $100 per 30 minutes.
Health isn’t defined by a number on the scale or a specific BMI. At Canterbury House, we focus on helping you feel strong, energized, and well in your body. As part of your membership, we offer InBody testing to provide a more complete, individualized picture of your health.
For those interested, body composition tracking can offer helpful insights—like muscle mass, body fat, and visceral fat—to guide your care in a way that aligns with your goals.
If you’re using GLP-1 medications—whether prescribed by our office or elsewhere—we partner with you to support safe, sustainable progress and overall metabolic health.
InBody testing is also available to non-members through a nurse visit for $50.
